For many kids and parents, it's spring break this week, so here are a few events to make the final days of vacation a hit. Check out KIDSFest, cool motorcycles at the Harley Museum or a unique opportunity at the Betty Brinn Children's Museum.

THURSDAY

SPRING BREAK CAMP
Join IMAX and Planetarium Director Bob Bonadurer for an out-of-this world experience to learn all about our amazing universe in the Soref Planetarium's new Astro Camp. Kids will launch rockets, make a mini solar system, gaze through telescopes, watch Planetarium shows and have fun with many stellar activities. The camp is ideal for children ages 10 – 13. http://www.mpm.edu/

KIDS AND PROFESSIONALS AT WORK

Just for the kids, head to the Betty Brinn Museum Thursday night to join professional artists and teachers from Artists Working in Education. Visitors can create their own art masterpiece to take home or help create a collaborative piece for display in the Museum.

NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM

Not just a Ben Stiller movie anymore, kids in Milwaukee can spend a night at the Milwaukee Public Museum among the dinosaurs and mummies. Staff run planned activities and a special Planetarium or IMAX show. This program is for families with children ages 6–12 and scout groups.

ALL WEEKEND LONG

KIDSFEST

All weekend long, the Milwaukee State Fair the 6th annual "Metroparent's KIDSfest." Get ready for Wisconsin's best family entertainment, learning and hands-on activities for toddlers to tweens. The weekend is devoted to kids, parents and grandparents with a focus on family.

INDIANA JONES ADVENTURE

A new exhibit to the Harley Museum, "The Indiana Jones Adventure" features the two motorcycles ridden by Harrison Ford and Shia LaBeouf in the movie "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull." They're only here for the month of April, so don't miss the exhibit plus activities for the whole family including a treasure hunt and crusader geo-cache.
