State Fair announces two more headliners

Two more headlining acts have been annoucned by the Wisconsin State Fair, which runs Aug. 5-15.

On Friday, Aug. 6, Michael Jackson fans can enjoy the late performer's music during a laser-light show. "The Spirit of Michael" includes a Jackson tribute artist in a ghost-like atmosphere, which at times recreates an actual Michael Jackson concert.

Sunday, Aug. 8, "American Idol" winner Jordin Sparks will perform.

Reserved-seat tickets to both shows go on sale Saturday, March 6 at 9 a.m. and can be purchased online or at the Wisconsin State Fair Park Administration Office, located in the lower level of the Tommy Thompson Youth Center, 840 S. 84th St.

Those buying tickets to the shows can also take advantge of the "Fair Deal," and buy State Fair tickets (not included with concert admission) for just $5.
