Legal battle looms between Oak Creek, adult entertainment store

Oak Creek — The city could be bracing for another legal battle with Cupid's Toys, the only adult entertainment business in Oak Creek.The battle dates back to 2002, when the city adopted an adult entertainment business ordinance allowing it to require licenses for businesses such as Cupid's Toys, which sells sexually oriented items.Cupid's challenged the ordinance in court and lost. The business lost again in the state Appeals Court and the state Supreme Court refused to hear the case.
